Sautéed Summer Zucchini


What you need:
2-3 Zucchini
2-3 Garlic Cloves
1 Onion
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions:                             
Slice the zucchini.

Chop the garlic and onion.

Heat a large skillet with butter and add onion and garlic; sauté garlic and onion for a few minutes.

Add zucchini and sauté until the zucchini is cooked to your liking. I cook mine until the zucchini starts to brown.

Sprinkle zucchini with Parmesan cheese and serve.
